you can eat healthy and stay the same weight or eat healthy and gain weight. eating healthy does not correlate with weight loss as much as you think, it's something you should do because it will make you feel better, not lose weight.
#if you go in any *honest* dieting community the focus is on calories and not healthy eating#while people usually associate high calorie food with junk food it also depends on the quantity you eat#this is how orthorexia develops partially imo - the person realizes eating healthy wasn't 'enough'#sad all around

Robin keeps receiving packed lunches.
He's not sure how it keeps happening. Any time Damian sits still for more than a second theres a small crincling sound of a paper bag and when he looks over to where the sound oriented from he sees the packed lunch.
This would be odd enough even before you counted the notes inside. The first one simply wrote, "from your loving clone ❤" which was concerning but upon fathers inspection none of the food had been tampered with, though the food choice was odd. Signal asked if he could have the fruit roll up since Damian didn't want it.
If this was a clone than what did they want? Why not come out and fight him? Were they trying to lure him into a false sense of security and poison the food at a later date? Why not strike him while they had the upper hand? It was clear Damian would not see them coming judging by how close the supposed "clone" could get before dropping off the packages.
Danny in the meantime hoped his clone dad liked the packed lunches he packed for him. He also hoped the Robin wouldn't try to stab him anytime soon.
Plot twist: its a Damian and Danyal are twins au but the twist is that Danyal is dead and Danny is actually Danyals clone instead of Damians. Neither know yet.

You can be healthy and fat

Came across free donuts in the break room at work. Stopped and stared at them for a moment. I even went in for a closer look to inspect the flavor options. Several looked delicious.
Then I stopped and really thought about it for a moment. It’s a sit on my butt at a desk work day. Do I really need that minute of tasty reward in exchange for a few hours of nutrition-less junk weighing down my gut?

it's not sinking in that today might be the last day in my house and town for many months to come

reminder that eating "junk" food is better than eating nothing at all. drinking soda is better than drinking nothing at all.
i'm not saying you shouldn't eat/drink healthy things if you can. but sometimes you just don't have the spoons for that. Or maybe you don't feel hungry until you haven't eaten for wayyyy too long. Also sometimes all your literal spoons and other dishes are dirty and you don't have enough metaphorical spoons to go clean them
